ADHD Therapy and Coaching
Whether it is the way you organize, forget things, push the schedule to last minute, find it challenging to follow routine or demands, ADHD is experienced differently for everyone, with some common symptoms. It can also affect relationships.

I provide ADHD‑informed therapy tailored to adults and midlife women navigating attention, organization, emotional regulation, and relationship stressors. Services include:
Individual psychotherapy integrating CBT, skills coaching, self‑compassion, and nervous system regulation
Brainspotting for trauma, shame, and performance blocks that complicate ADHD
Relationship support for communication, conflict, and executive‑function load within partnerships
Practical strategies for time management, routines, boundaries, and burnout prevention
Outcome focus: clearer routines, calmer nervous system, improved follow‑through, and stronger connection with yourself and your partner.
-
My standard 55‑minute individual therapy session fee is $175.
Extended or intensive sessions (e.g., Brainspotting intensives) are available at www.depthheld.com.
I am in‑network with Aetna, United/Optum, and Cigna. I accept private pay, HSA, ACH, credit cards, and payment plans.
I do not accept EAP with above insurances.
I am out of network with Medicare Advantage Plans and most BCBS plans.
Superbills are provided for out‑of‑network reimbursement upon request.
Limited sliding‑scale spots may be available.

If you’re seeking additional options in Arizona, try:
Psychology Today and filter by ADHD and couples/relationship
Search for clinicians trained in ADHD‑informed couples therapy, PACT, EFT, or Gottman with ADHD experience
Look for neurodiversity‑affirming language and concrete skills support (executive function, conflict repair, rupture‑repair cycles)
I’m happy to provide referrals if I’m not the right fit.

Brainspotting (BSP) is a focused, brain‑body therapy that uses eye position and relational attunement to access and process stored trauma and emotional blocks. Intensive formats condense treatment into longer sessions to accelerate change.
Learn more at brainspotting.com and search their clinician directory
When choosing a practitioner, look for formal BSP training, trauma‑informed practice, and a clear plan for integration between sessions
I offer Brainspotting in both standard and intensive formats - let’s discuss what best meets your goals.
