  • Wise Women with ADHD is a supportive group for midlife women navigating ADHD, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. We address emotional regulation, time/energy management, boundaries, and self‑acceptance -all through a neurodiversity‑affirming lens.

  • If you’re seeking additional options in Arizona, try:

    • Psychology Today and filter by ADHD and couples/relationship

    • Search for clinicians trained in ADHD‑informed couples therapy, PACT, EFT, or Gottman with ADHD experience

    • Look for neurodiversity‑affirming language and concrete skills support (executive function, conflict repair, rupture‑repair cycles)

I’m happy to provide referrals if I’m not the right fit.

  • Brainspotting (BSP) is a focused, brain‑body therapy that uses eye position and relational attunement to access and process stored trauma and emotional blocks. Intensive formats condense treatment into longer sessions to accelerate change.

    • Learn more at brainspotting.com and search their clinician directory

    • When choosing a practitioner, look for formal BSP training, trauma‑informed practice, and a clear plan for integration between sessions

I offer Brainspotting in both standard and intensive formats - let’s discuss what best meets your goals.
