Wise Women with ADHD: a 6-week paid support group for women navigating ADHD, emotional regulation, and identity at midlife.

Are you a midlife or older woman navigating the complexities of ADHD? You're not alone - and you don't have to figure it out on your own.

Why I Created This Group

I understand this experience because I've lived it. Like so many women, my ADHD wasn't recognized until later in life - after years of wondering why certain things felt so much harder than they seemed to be for everyone else. Along the way, I started noticing how much overlap there was between ADHD, attachment patterns, and the hormonal shifts of midlife - and how rarely anyone talks about all of it together.

I created Wise Women with ADHD because I wanted a space that didn't exist when I needed it - one built specifically for women figuring this out at midlife, without shame, without oversimplifying it, and without having to explain themselves first.

What this group is for:
This is a space to understand how ADHD, attachment patterns, and hormonal shifts like perimenopause and menopause show up in midlife - and what that's meant for your self-esteem, relationships, and energy over the years. Together, we'll work on:

✔️ Strengthening executive functioning skills
✔️ Improving emotional regulation
✔️ Enhancing relationships
✔️ Building self-compassion
✔️ Navigating midlife transitions with more clarity and confidence

Whether you were recently diagnosed or have suspected it for years, this group is for women seeking growth, community, and understanding -without shame or overwhelm.
