Wise Women with ADHD

What if you could finally feel seen, understood, and supported?

Wise Women with ADHD is a 6-week online support group designed specifically for midlife women navigating the unique challenges of ADHD. This isn't about quick fixes or becoming more "productive." This is about understanding your ADHD brain, healing the shame, and building a life that works FOR you, not against you.

Led by Cynthia Djengue, LCSW, a licensed therapist, ADHD specialist, and fellow woman with ADHD, this group offers a safe, judgment-free space where you can finally stop masking and start thriving.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join?
A: No. If you suspect you have ADHD or resonate with these challenges, you're welcome. This is a support group, not a diagnostic service.

Q: What if I miss a session?
A: Life happens! Sessions will be recorded (with group permission) for registered participants only. However, the real magic happens in live participation and connection.

Q: Is this therapy or coaching?
A: This is a therapeutic support group, which means it's facilitated by a licensed therapist but focuses on skill-building, education, and peer support rather than individual therapy. It's available only to residents of Arizona, Oregon, and Iowa.

Q: Can I use insurance?
A: No, this is private pay only. Group therapy is typically not covered by insurance, and private pay allows for more flexibility and privacy.

Q: What if I'm not 40+ but I'm interested?
A: While the group is designed for midlife women, if you're in your late 30s and feel this resonates, reach out. We can discuss if it's a good fit.

Q: Will this be recorded?
A: Yes, sessions will be recorded (with group consent) for participants who need to miss a session. Recordings are private and only shared with registered group members.

Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: Full refund if you cancel before February 20, 2026. After that, no refunds, but you can transfer your spot to the next cohort if needed.
