ADHD Counseling & Coaching | AZ, IA, OR

Now offering ADHD evaluations & screenings for adults in Arizona, Iowa, and Oregon.

Skillful, shame-free support that honors how your nervous system learned to cope - so you can focus, follow through, and feel connected. Serving Arizona, Iowa, and Oregon via secure telehealth. In-person intensives available in Phoenix, AZ.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY - ADHD & ATTACHMENT

ADHD isn’t a character flaw. It’s a nervous system difference, shaped by biology and early experiences of safety and connection. Together, we map patterns like time blindness, task initiation struggles, and rejection sensitivity, pairing practical supports with trauma-responsive therapy. You’ll learn how attachment wounds amplify executive-function fatigue and how to build micro-habits that stick - without hustling for worthiness.

COUPLES & RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT

ADHD can turn everyday logistics into friction. In couples sessions, we keep blame off the table and focus on the system: co-designing rhythms for tasks, intimacy, and repair. We’ll practice DBT-informed communication (DEAR MAN, GIVE, FAST) and interest-based negotiation so both partners feel seen without power struggles.

WISE WOMEN - MIDLIFE ADHD CARE

Peri-menopause and menopause can amplify ADHD symptoms. We’ll take a holistic, shame-free look at changes in focus, memory, and mood, tailoring supports to your season and integrating trauma-responsive therapy. Collaboration with your medical team ensures care that respects your wisdom and your body.

ADHD COACHING

Knowing you have ADHD is one thing. Building a life that actually works for your brain is another.

ADHD coaching is a practical, forward-focused partnership designed to help you move from chronic overwhelm to consistent follow-through. Where therapy helps you heal the why, coaching supports you with the how — building the systems, habits, routines, and accountability structures that make daily life more sustainable.

Coaching is available as a monthly package designed for continuity and momentum, not one-off sessions.

Coaching Package — $525/month

  • 3 x 50-minute telehealth sessions

  • Between-session messaging support

  • Personalized planning and accountability tools

  • Focus areas: time management, task initiation, follow-through, emotional regulation, organization

Executive & Professional Package — $675/month

  • 3 x 50-minute telehealth sessions

  • Between-session messaging support

  • Weekly check-in email with priorities and reflection prompts

  • Ideal for professionals, entrepreneurs, and high-functioning adults managing ADHD in demanding roles

ADHD Evaluations & Screening

Not sure if what you're experiencing is ADHD - or wondering if a previous diagnosis still fits? Clarity changes everything.

I offer ADHD screening using the ASRS (Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale), a clinically validated tool developed with the World Health Organization and widely used with adults, as well as other scales and tools. The screening I offer is followed by a dedicated review session where we explore your results, your history, and what they mean for your life, relationships, and work.

This is not a full neuro-psychological evaluation (which most people do not need). It is a meaningful, clinically informed starting point, one that can help you understand your brain, pursue accommodations, or decide on next steps with confidence.

What's Included:

  • ASRS screening tool, Other Tools as needed, completed before your appointment

  • 60-minute review and interpretation session

  • Clinical summary of findings

  • Personalized recommendations for next steps (therapy, coaching, referral, or all three)

Investment: $275 | Private pay | HSA/FSA eligible

Available via telehealth in Arizona, Iowa, and Oregon.

About My ADHD Specialization

I am a ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) who specializes in supporting adults, couples, and midlife women with ADHD. I understand how ADHD doesn’t exist alone - it weaves through attachment, identity, relationships, work, parenting, and life transitions. My work honors both the emotional depth and the practical realities of living with a neurodivergent brain.

Who This Work Is For

You may find ADHD‑focused counseling or coaching helpful if you are living with patterns of overwhelm, inconsistency, or emotional fatigue, even when you’re trying your best. Many people who come to this work describe long-standing feelings of being “too much,” “not enough,” or chronically misunderstood.

This space is for adults navigating ADHD with layers of attachment wounds, shame, trauma, perfectionism, or relationship stress. It’s especially supportive for individuals and couples who experience friction around communication, follow‑through, or emotional regulation, and for midlife women whose ADHD symptoms intensify with hormonal and life transitions.
