Arizona Clinical Supervision for LMSW, LPC, and LMFT Associates
Arizona Clinical Supervision by an Arizona Board‑Approved LCSW
Arizona Board‑Compliant Clinical Supervision
I provide Arizona clinical supervision for LMSW and associate‑level clinicians working toward licensure under the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (BBHE). I am a Board‑approved Clinical Supervisor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering structured, ethical, and documentation‑compliant supervision for clinicians practicing in Arizona.
My work supports clinicians seeking BBHE‑aligned clinical supervision that meets Arizona requirements for hours, supervision structure, and professional development. Supervision is available for LMSW clinicians pursuing LCSW licensure, as well as LPC‑Associates and LMFT‑Associates, when clinically appropriate.
Supervision is grounded in attachment‑informed, trauma‑responsive, and ADHD‑aware practice, with a strong emphasis on case conceptualization, ethical decision‑making, documentation, and sustainable clinical growth. This service is professional clinical supervision—not therapy—and is designed to support competent, compliant practice within Arizona’s regulatory framework.

I am an experienced social worker, graduated in 1997 from the #8 social work school in the nation. I have worked in many different fields of social work. I know what it feels like to get your license for the first time. We walk a tightrope between clients, policies and rules, and insurance companies that require documentation to be clinically correct. Even with private pay, you have ethical and professional decisions to make continually. I will teach you, guide you, answer your questions. I am timely with my own documentation. I research a lot, and ask questions if I do not have the answer. My style is relational, real, and compassionate. I used to teach social work for college students and feel I bring that experience to supervision.
